It's a headset spacer mount for your GoPro action camera or kLite ULTRA lamp. Simply assemble your headset stack with this spacer in the place of one of your existing spacers and you've got an adjustable kLite ULTRA mount on the front of your bike. This is the ultimate mounting system for folks that are not running a front handlebar bag. No fuss--just set it up, adjust the lamp, and forget it. A great way to de-clutter your cockpit while still throwing a ton of light down the road. Rides higher than the fork crown mount so will gather less dirt from the front wheel.
