U.S. Shipping Policy:
We offer FREE standard-rate shipping on U.S. orders over USD$49. For orders below this threshold, there is a USD$7 shipping charge applied. These standard shipping services guarantee delivery within 5 – 7 business days of your order.
We offer three fee-based expedited shipping services for U.S. domestic orders. These services, which include UPS Ground, UPS 2nd Day Air, and UPS Next Day Air, are picked up at 1pm Eastern Time, with no pickups on Saturday, Sunday, and most major U.S. holidays. The provision of a P.O. box instead of a street address will limit shipping flexibility since only USPS is able to deliver to post office boxes.

Jefe.bike uses shipping companies that use tracking numbers wherever possible. This allows us (and you) to keep an eye on the shipment as it moves its way through the shipper's logistics system. If the shipper states that your package was delivered (typically through a tracking notification), and you find that your package is not present, we encourage you to file a claim with the shipper.
Fixed Price Shipping to Canada, United Kingdom, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Belgium, Spain, and Portugal:
Orders below USD$130 incur a USD$20 shipping charge which covers most of the shipping cost related to a USPS to Local Post transfer. This shipping mode will arrive at your location in 5 - 9 days.
Orders at or above USD$130 incur a USD$25 shipping charge which covers most of the shipping cost related to UPS Worldwide Express Saver service. This shipping mode will arrive at your location in 5 - 9 business days.
Expedited shipping is available for USD$45; we use UPS Expedited service. Overnight and other options are available upon request.
Taxes, duties, and brokerage fees! Everyone hates them but you can't avoid them. When you buy from us internationally, you will be responsible for local taxes, duties, and brokerage fees on products. These fees are typically collected by the shipper as part your delivery; they'll invoice you directly. These fees are not refundable in the event of a return, and because they include VAT, can range from 12% - 30% of the order value. In the event you refuse delivery, we must wait until the package is returned to our warehouse before we refund your purchase price. Any outbound, inbound, and re-importation fees assessed to your package will be deducted from the amount of your refund. Taxes are a drag but unavoidable.

International Shipping Policy (Excludes Fixed Price Shipping Countries):
We offer a range of fee-based shipping services for shipments outside of the United States; each of the services offered by UPS and USPS provide a range of shipping fulfillment times that range between 2 - 14 days depending upon your country and the level of service you choose. Based on our experience, UPS is generally faster than USPS, but it can also be more expensive. Our shipping cut-off is 1pm Monday through Friday.
